What we collect
- Account: when you sign in with Google we receive your Google account ID and email address (scopes: openid, email). We don’t receive your contacts, files or password.
- Workspace: what you enter or generate in Citelane — project brief, buyer questions, facts, page text, drafts, approvals, checks and reviews — stored in our database so you can use it across devices.
- Usage and cost records: each AI model call (purpose, model, cost, time) so we can enforce allowances.
- Technical logs: standard hosting logs (IP address, user agent) kept by our host for security and debugging.
How it’s used
Only to run the service: sampling AI answers to the questions you choose, analysing your page, drafting edits from your facts, checking publication, and showing your results. We don’t sell data and don’t use it for advertising.
Who processes it
- Vercel (hosting) and Supabase (database).
- OpenRouter and the model providers it routes to (OpenAI, Perplexity, Anthropic): your buyer questions, the facts you entered and relevant page text are sent to generate samples, analyses and drafts.
- Google (sign-in).
Pages you ask us to check are fetched from their public URLs; we don’t log in to any site.
Retention and deletion
Your workspace is kept while your account exists. You can export or reset it any time in Project settings. To delete your account and all associated data, email the address below from the account’s email; we delete it within 30 days. Usage-cost records may be kept for up to 12 months for accounting.
