The beta

Citelane is a free beta. Features, allowances and availability may change, and the service may be interrupted. There is no paid plan yet; pricing shown on the site is a concept.

Your content and responsibility

You keep ownership of what you enter. Only audit pages you’re allowed to work on, and only enter facts you can stand behind. Citelane drafts are suggestions: you review, approve and publish them yourself, and you’re responsible for what you publish.

No guarantees about AI or search

AI answers vary and are produced by third-party models through their APIs, which differ from what people see inside consumer apps. Citelane doesn’t guarantee indexing, citations, rankings, traffic or revenue, and before/after changes are observations, not proof of cause.

Fair use

Don’t use Citelane to fetch sites you don’t have permission to check, to overload any site, or to get around allowances or rate limits. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using it.
